Working with Mike was a great experience. The home I just had him do inspection and 4 point / wind Mitigation was a private sale. I had no realtor to schedule Inspection or arrange with seller- Mike made the process so easy. He took care of scheduling with seller with a time that worked with me. His inspection was very thorough. He even went under the home in a crawl space that was extremely tight in order to get proper inspection of plumbing. While I was on site he walked home with me making me aware of what he was finding and what needs to be done to correct. After inspection I had complete report that had great photos of everything that you would want to know about, down to cracked tile on the outside entry. I have used other inspectors in the past, Mike is now my go to guy. You will not be disappointed…

I found Mike on Google. He is fairly priced and very knowledgeable. But more then that he’s honest, kind, and answers his phone! In this business full of sharks you will be hard pressed to find a better guy like Mike!!! His Character as a person shows in his work ethic and how he deals with the general public.

Mike allowed me to be there during his inspection so I could see with my own eyes the problems he found. He was very thorough and did not miss a detail. Mike, the owner, showed up on time and spent almost three hours performing my home inspection. Mike was extremely thorough which uncovered quite a few issues that neither myself nor the realtor noticed. After his detailed report with a plethora of pictures was emailed to me I was able to get the owner of the property to fix quite a few issues that otherwise would have been unnoticed. I am guessing the little bit of money I spent on the inspections saved me thousands in the long run and gave me quite a bit of incite into the house I purchased.
