Hi, I’m Mike Louden, owner of Oasis Home Inspections. I have been in the building industry since 1990 as a residential electrician, and began inspecting homes professionally in 2014. Since then, I have helped hundreds of homeowners find their dream homes! After owning several homes myself, I understand just how devastating it can be to find a problem that was missed during the inspection after it is too late. This is part of the reason I found a passion for inspecting homes.

After 21 years of service in the US Coast Guard, I retired from active duty and graduated from The Home Inspection Academy to become a Florida Licensed Home Inspector (#HI9044). I am also a member of InterNACHI (International Association of Home Inspectors), the Melbourne Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Space Coast Association of Real Estate Members, and a Veteran Owned Business Member.
